It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure accurate shipping addresses are entered. It is customers’ duty to confirm addresses are carrier-verified and eligible for processing by carrier before placing order.
- Shipping Insurance coverage does not apply to orders when an order is requested by the customer to be combined with other customer order(s) and when Shipping Insurance coverage has not been paid in full for every item placed within the package container.
- Do not file a claim with the delivery carrier. ALL CLAIMS will be DENIED if the customer initiates a claim with the carrier.
Who may File:
A completed claim form may be filed only by the original authorized Helium & Balloons of Texas account holder and only after the customer has already added and paid for Shipping Insurance in full for the entire contents of the package during the checkout process.

- If a claim is filed because some or all of the contents are missing or damaged, the addressee must retain the mailing container, including any damaged articles, all packaging, and any content received. The addressee must make this proof available for inspection, retention, and disposition following the claims decision. Failure to do so will result in denial of the claim.
- Photos will be requested of damaged products, equipment, and/or shipping boxes.
Lost Package Requirements:
- Carrier tracking details MUST show that the package has been deemed lost or damaged by the carrier.
- Tracking data has not been updated by the carrier in the previous five (5) days.
